Self-Management for Students ( 1-1.5 hours)
In this workshop, students from grades 6-12 will be introduced to two of the 5 CASEL SEL components (self-awareness and self-management) and examine how increasing their understanding of these components can positively impact their skills surrounding both their academic lives and their personal lives. Students will learn how self-awareness and self-management influence most areas of their young lives. They will also gain strategies to assist them in organizing priorities, time, school requirements and social activities.
